Meet the Leadership
 | Tom Martincic A resident of the Ava area since 1999, Tom is a minister and does most of the teachings at Shepherd’s Way. He has been in teaching ministry for 28 years and is married with 4 children. Tom also leads EliYah Ministries and is the Executive Director for Bread of Life Giving and Sharing in Ava. |
 | Neil Bornhoft Neil is our head elder and currently resides in Iowa. He does counseling through the telephone and video chat, and functions in an advisory and teaching capacity. Neil usually does a short teaching during the first hour of our meeting and leads us with opening prayer. He also is a director for Bread of Life Giving and Sharing |
 | Paul Lowery Paul is an elder and has been in this faith for 17 years. He currently resides in Alabama. He is the festival coordinator for our yearly gathering in Steelville, Missouri and leads security. Paul also functions in an advisory capacity. |
 | Yahuseph Timmons Yahuseph currently resides in Arizona and leads scripture readings when he visits, and functions in an advisory capacity. He also assists with leading our yearly festival in Steelville, Missouri. |
